Additionally, File andObject Storage are growing at a much faster rate than block storage. ATTO XstreamCORE ET 8100T is a simple, purpose-built, and cost-effectiveintelligent bridging solution allowing businesses and enterprises to deploysecured and shared access to tape storage over a 10Gb Ethernet iSCSI network.Powered by a custom chipset and ATTO engineered software, 8100T sets a newstandard for tape library connectivity. 8100T allows up to eight iSCSI host loginsto connect up to four SAS tape drives with an aggregate throughput of up to2000 MBps, maximizing drive shareability.
XstreamCORE 8100T features patented ATTO SpeedWrite technology to ensurethat tape drives fully utilize the available bandwidth. The bridge is equippedwith a dedicated management interface that uses a secure CLI or a user-friendlyweb-based tool for ease of setup and diagnostics. XstreamCORE 8100T offersa secure digital pathway to integrate data resilience for protecting sensitivebusiness applications and customer data, ensuring workplace collaboration andproductivity, and fueling growth.
