Are you also a sharp, bright, on-the-ball, dot the i's, cross the t's organized non-smoker (as I'm highly allergic to smoke & hate the fact that it lives in folks' hair, clothes, and skin), (fragrance & Cats too) that is great at following directions?
Are you looking for more of a Career than a job and more of a working together than being an employee? (Currently, no salary, base, or daw, if you want that YOU have to help create it!) Do you have the aptitude to make 50K to 100K or more a year? (I can literally help you learn to make the kind of money Doctors make! $75-$150/hour)

I am a special needs person (about half a dozen or so disabilities) with a tiny little company with HUGE potential and multiple award-winning (see attached pics) products and services that is very much in need of someone who is much more organized and competent in the above-mentioned areas than our current group (including me).
You may ask "What does this entail?", Everything you can possibly imagine to turn a small company with multiple award-winning products and services into the industry giant that it should be (A to Z).
If you are more interested in just learning and doing filming productions and projects (especially outside of our group or excluding our group) this is NOT the place for you!!!
However, if are interested in learning more about Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Management, making and Assembling of Products & Services for the Entertainment & Event Industries as well as doing film projects & productions, and how you can use my award-winning credentials (Won the biggest contest in the history of MTV for Directing TWICE) to bring in Filming Projects then THIS could be EXACTLY the place for you!

Many of my past assistants have said that working with me is "a bit like getting paid to go to film school" (as well as Sales & Marketing, PR and "Life Skills").
An ideal candidate would possess (or have the attitude and aptitude to learn) the following attributes:
1. Wanting and being able to be around most of the time (as in minimal outside distractions).
2. Wanting to be directed (just like in the movies) and capable of following directions.
3. Have the appropriate attitude and aptitude to follow directions and work with me in a beneficial way for all.
4. Be on the same page with me most of the time so we are doing things "our way" versus just "my way."
5. Know some video editing, QuickBooks, Photoshop, and or CAD programs as well as being "Mechanically Inclined".
6. STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS!
7. Females and minorities are encouraged to apply (especially female minorities, it's a "Diversity" thing).

Lastly, I am looking to build a "TEAM". Here are the Core Handful of folks that we need to function properly (we have the 1st guy, but we need the other 4):
1. Eddie (me)- writer/producer/director/cameraman/creator/teacher/activist/leader.
2. Office Manager-Handles orders, invoicing/bookkeeping/office organization/payments/quarterly sales tax reports/IRS prep/supplies/Shipping, etc. Right-hand and assistant to me.
3. Manufacturing/Assembly/machining/mechanic/R& D/organization of the back area including machine shop.
4. Sales, Marketing & Social Media.
5. Personal Assistant/Swing person to learn and help with all of the above plus getting water, running errands, shopping, etc.
Ideally, everyone tries to learn each other's jobs and helps cover for each other. All go to trade shows, all try to sell and work various positions on productions.
Notes:
When we don't have the appropriate support folks for all the above positions, everyone needs to try to work together to fill in the gaps.
Also, try to base your opinions of people on your own experiences with them not "hearsay". Remember even Jesus had (/has) haters, doubters, and naysayers.
Lastly, this is a serious commitment. If you don't have at least 8 hours (preferably 10-14 hours) a day to invest in your future, this is probably not for you! Also, there's been talk of making a reality show, if you're opposed to being recorded, this may not be a good fit for you as well.
